Dillman advances to District semis

Senior Aaron Dillman advanced to the semifinal round of the District IV singles tournament on Saturday, May 2.
Dillman, the 2nd seed in the tournament, defeated Kyle Haltenhoff of Jersey Shore 6-1, 6-0, Ethan Rosler of Bloomsburg 6-2, 6-0, and Brady Fries of Selinsgrove 6-0, 6-1 in the quarterfinals to advance. Dillman will now take on South Williamsport's Christian Chioffi.
Sophomore Tyle Kennedy was eliminated from the tournament after falling to Rob Smith of Selinsgrove 6-0, 6-09 in the opening round.
The semifinal round will take place on Monday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. at the West Branch Tennis Club in Williamsport.
