Girls tennis falls to Towanda, 5-2

The Wellsboro girls tennis team fell to Towanda 5-2 last night on the road.
Singles Results
Kaitlin Hallabuk def. Ashley Evans 6-3, 4-6, 6-1
Carly Chaffee def. Kiana Acorn 6-0, 6-3
Hannah Innocenzo def. Brianna Quimby 6-4, 6-2
Elizabeth Vana def. Raisa Rogers 2-6, 7-5, 6-1

Doubles Results

With the loss, the Hornets fall to 5-8 overall (2-8 NTL). The team will be back in action on Wednesday, October 3 as they travel to Liberty.
